Special Needs Family Instute

The Special Needs Family Instute (SNFI) exists to Equip Churches, Empower Families, and Enable All. I (Brad, Founder and Director) provide consulting and ministry support to churches establishing or improving their special needs minsitry. The SNFI, located on the campus of Grace Church of the Nazarene, Nashville, TN, provides cousneling and therapeutic support to families affected by disability. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I focus on working with families and individuals with special needs. As a doctoral canidate, my academic/clinical work focuses on what I call "the special needs marriage" and looks at the specific and unique stressors that impact the marriages of parents caring for children with disabilities.
