TOGETHER WE CARE HONORS AND SUPPORTS THE SPECIAL NEEDS/DISABILITY COMMUNITY We equip and educate families about how to navigate the special needs and disability journey. We provide resources to families who have children with special needs. We empower adults with disabilities in accomplishing their life goals. We also host the Together Conference. The Together Conference exists for faith communities to have step-by-step plans for creating inclusive special needs and disability ministries. Our conference is a unique ministry conference that not only provides the "why" behind disability inclusion but also provides the "how" to make it happen.
